招聘职务1：Investment Banking Analyst (投资分析，多名， 工作地点北京)

要求：

·       金融或财务专业，本科以上学历，必须有国外留学经历。

·       有2年以上投行工作经验，有外资投行工作经历者优先考虑。

·       熟悉并购、海外上市的操作，并具有项目执行能力。

·       熟悉资料的查找和研究工作

·       有独立工作能力，善于思考，善于与人沟通，。

·       很好的英文沟通能力，能够独立起草中英文商务文件。

·       熟悉办公软件的使用，如MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook 等

Position 1: Investment Banking Analyst

Requirements:

·       Minimum bachelor degree majoring in finance, accounting or business related. He or she had studied abroad.

·       Minimum 2 years working experience in investment banking, preferably has worked for foreign banks.

·       Familiar with foreign listing rules and process project execution skills and knowledge.

·       Able to work independently, creative and logical thinking, good people skill.

·       Fluent in English speaking and good writing skill. Able to draft business documents in English and Chinese.

·       Familiar with office software e.g. word, excel, powerpoint, outlook etc.  

招聘职务2：Financial Analyst (财务分析员，多名，工作地点北京)

要求：

·       财务专业本科或以上。

·       同时拥有知名会计师事务所及企业财务管理工作经验者优先考虑。

·       熟悉中国、美国及国际会计原则，熟悉海外审计和信息披露的要求。

·       熟悉中国各地税法及有关法律规定。

·       熟悉财务管理分析报告。

·       有独立工作能力，善于思考，善于与人沟通。

·       很好的英文沟通能力，能够独立起草中英文商务文件。

·       熟悉各类财务软件的使用。

·       熟悉办公软件的使用，如MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook 等

Requirements:

·       Minimum Bachelor degree in finance or accounting.

·       Prefer 3 years working experience in public accounting firms and finance management in enterprise.

·       Familiar with China GAAP, US GAAP, IFRS and audit procedures and disclosure rules.

·       Familiar with China taxation and related law and regulations.

·       Experience in financial management and reports drafting.

·       Able to work independently, creative and logical thinking, good people skill.

·       Fluent in English speaking and good writing skill. Able to draft business documents in English and Chinese.

·       Familiar with the various kinds of accounting software.

·    Familiar with office software e.g. word, excel, powerpoint, outlook etc.
